🎶 A Life Dedicated to Music & Service
Jannah turned her passion for song into an incredible career. After FHS, she earned her B.S. in Vocal Performance from Rochester College and a Master of Music Education from Bowling Green State University. 🎓
Today, she lives in Auburn Hills and serves her community in multiple impactful roles:
Parish Administrator for St. John's Episcopal Church & Open Hands Food Pantry in Royal Oak 🤲
Music Director at Northbrook Presbyterian Church
Contemporary Music Director at Our Shepherd Lutheran Church 🎹
Local Artist: You can often find her performing at the Rochester Farmers Market and the Kris Kringle Market!
🏆 Golden Memories & Mentors
Jannah was heavily involved in Fenton’s performing arts, including Marching Band, Wind Ensemble, and the Play Production Company/IB Theater. Her absolute favorite memory? Winning gold in Nashville with the Fenton High School Ambassadors! 🏆✈️
She credits much of her success to her high school band director, Mr. Andy Perkins. "He always encouraged me to never give up, to work hard, and believed in my talent," Jannah shares. 🎺

Jannah previously placed in the Top 10 of the iconic Motown Museum's Motown Amplify competition, and she knows exactly what it takes to push through a competitive industry:
"In life, you will get a lot of NOs. Don't let the NOs make you feel discouraged or make you feel like you're not good enough. Know that rejection is redirection, and all the NOs you experience will get you to your YES and to the path you are meant to be on. Who you are is your superpower!" ⚡✨
