Long time Quail Hollow Ranch docents Richard and Kathy James received a "Be the Difference" Award at the yearly Santa Cruz County Volunteer luncheon. You can almost always find them at the Visitor Center on Sundays, so stop by and congratulate them!

New Pace Trail Open!

Get your hiking boots ready and don’t forget your water - the new Pace Trail is now open to the public. Come explore 2.5 miles of scenic trail connecting Quail Hollow Ranch County Park to the Pace Family Wilderness Park, granting public access to this land for the first time ever. From the 0.5 access trail starting at the Sunset Trail Overlook, hike the two-mile Loop Trail for amazing viewpoints, majestic oak trees, sandhills habitat, and a stunted redwood grove.
