We had a great time training at Master Oulundsen's Taekwon-Do LLC this past Saturday!

Our team worked hard, trained hard and left there sweaty and tired. ✅ mission complete!

Please don’t forget our Saturday sparring class is traveling to Oulundsen’s TKD this Saturday to train with our friends from our sister school. It’s always a great time to meet and work out with new people. Don’t miss out. Mr. Chris will be holding only 1 class at FMAA this Saturday from 8:30-9:25 for those who typically train in that class or the 9:30 class. Thanks again for inviting us Oulundsen’s TaeKwon-Do. 🥋🥋🥋
