While families no longer need to complete a free and reduced-price meal application, completing the Child Nutrition & Education Benefit (CNEEB) Application may help your family qualify for additional benefits, including fee waivers, scholarships, and reduced internet costs.

Attention parents, ensure your child’s immunization records are up to date, as there are requirements by the start of the school year for preschool and kindergarten, and scholars entering seventh grade. View immunization info and download the school chart, which shows required immunizations for school entry based on your child’s age and is available in multiple languages at www.fwps.org/immunizations.

🌞 **Field Day 2026 at Adelaide Elementary School: A Day to Remember!** 🌞

We had an incredible time at Adelaide Elementary School for Field Day 2026! The sun was shining, and the energy was high as our students enjoyed a variety of fun-filled stations.

We kicked off the day with a special visit from the fire truck, spraying everyone with refreshing water! The excitement continued with stations featuring popcorn, water balloon tossing, climbing challenges, an obstacle course, sack races, face painting, bubbles, and delicious popsicles!

A huge thank you to all the volunteers and everyone who joined us to make this day so special, especially Miss Bell and Mrs. Dickey. Your hard work and dedication truly made Field Day a fantastic experience for our kids!

Here’s to more fun-filled days ahead! 🎉🍧

🌟 Field Day – Thursday, June 11th 🌟

We are excited for Field Day and are hoping for warm, sunny weather!
To help your student have the best experience, please note the following:
🌞 Sunscreen: If needed, please apply sunscreen before school.
💧 Water Bottle: Send your student with a water bottle, as there will be lots of activity throughout the day.
👟 Clothing & Shoes:
Dress your student in comfortable clothes that can get wet and dirty.
Please have them wear tennis shoes (no Crocs or flip-flops) so they can safely participate in relay races and activities.
👚 Extra Clothes: Some activities will involve water (such as bucket-filling games), so your child may want to bring a change of clothes, socks, or sandals for the end of the day.
We have planned a day full of fun activities and treats, and we can’t wait to enjoy this special event with our scholars!

Our FWPS senior scholars had the incredible opportunity to stroll through the hallways of Adelaide Elementary School, where for some of them it all began. 🎓💖 As they walked, the bright faces of kindergarten through fifth graders lit up, celebrating their achievements with cheers and congratulations.

In beautiful moments of nostalgia, many graduates embraced their former teachers, exchanging hugs and waves that spoke volumes of gratitude and fond memories.

We couldn’t be prouder of all the graduates! Their journey is a testament to hard work, dedication, and the spirit of our school community. Here’s to new beginnings! 🎉🌟

We are excited to announce that Center for MultiCultural Health is hosting a community health and resource fair on
Sunday, June 7th 2026 in Federal Way, the address is located on the flyer.
** Please make special note of the following:
There will be give-a ways at the health fair (Limited supply: first come, first served)!!!
The dental van will be equipped to do cleanings, fillings, extractions, and x-rays. If you are interested in dental service, please come early (first come, first served)!!!
