This being human is a TEMPORARY situation. It's easy to forget that in our busy, hectic, overscheldued lives. We lose sight of the reality that we, in this moment, are miraculous!! We forget how precious breath is. Right now, breath is moving thru you and sustaining your life!!! WOW! In this same moment others are struggling for each breath, and for some breathing their last. This body that moves us thru life is so often taken for granted. Today, for a moment even, can you be grateful for it? Despite what you think it needs to look like, dress like, BE like. Can you pause and be amazed at the fact that you are breathing? That you have arms to wrap around a friend? Legs to move you and dance with? Eyes to see the beauty all around you? Ears to hear laughter and music? Can you walk with wonder today at this life? This short, temporary, messy, beautiful life, and be grateful that you are breathing?

COME FIND OUT!!!! To celebrate the 1 week mark of launching my business I'm throwing a 2 hour group consciousness gathering Wednesday the 19th at my new house! (I'm thinking of two time frames A. 12-2 pm, or B. 6- 8 pm.) We'll talk about what this consciousness stuff is & how we can cultivate it. I'll be leading exercises that will transform your life & help you to live from a place of peace, no matter WHAT is showing up in your world! Best of it... IT'S TOTALLY FREE!!! Plus it's an excuse to gather together with amazing like-minded people and have a ton of fun! The mind is SO sure everyone else is just breezing along dancing up the mountainside of their struggles. THEIR NOT. You can replace 'spirtual' with any word. Financial, relationship, health, career, ect. We're all jumbled up in chaos just trying to survive most of the time. AND THAT'S OK! it's where the biggest growth comes from. Once you let the chaos and jumble do its thing you DO end up dancing up the mountain. For a little bit. Then we fall back into the jumble. We have to learn to get very intimate and ok with the chaos, the jumble. We learn to stop fighting it, stop trying to escape it and eventually we realize it's just another dance move up the mountain side. We just havent learned all the steps yet! So cut yourself some slack kid! You're doing GREAT work, in whatever area you think you're struggling right now...you're just learning new dance moves, and it takes some time to find the rhythm. It takes some time to get to know and be ok with the choas. So keep on dancing baby!!! Keep moving and breathing!! And stop worrying about what other peoples dance is looking like. Focus inside you, here & now. That's where the magic happens. **Jazz Hands**
