Gethsemane Catholic Cemetery recently celebrated the feasts of St. Vincent de Paul and St. Theresa with a special evening liturgy. Our students lovingly decorated luminary bags that were placed on the gravesides of parishioners, lighting the way for prayers and remembrance. ✨

Thank you for all your guesses and suggestions for this year's Reading Buddy! There were SO many great ideas (potential future choices!) but one idea sounded so cute and fun and wasn't anything we had done before so as you may have already guessed, this year's reading buddy is.... a FROG!! We have dozens of frogs lovingly made and ready to find their future homes, and as we wrap up September, that means your reading logs are due and we'll do the October Reading Buddy drawing soon!! Make sure to complete and turn in your reading log to be entered in the drawing.

But FIRST... since the idea came from students Ananyah and Alizay, they got to select their buddies first! They selected Fresa and Mia, and they promised to read to and take care of them. Congratulations and thanks for the idea!!
