We had a wonderful first weekend of shows, but there are still two more chances to see Bastien next weekend: Friday, Sept 26 at 7:30 and Sunday, Sept 28 at 2:30.

Magic, Music, and...sheep? Mozart's Bastien und Bastienne is a joyous adventure through a village countryside, and what better encapsulates that wonder than Minecraft? The University of Arkansas Opera Theatre has reimagined this 1768 romp into a vibrant, cubic, Minecraft-inspired world that you surely won't want to miss! Enter the portal to this blocky world THIS WEEKEND on Saturday, Sept. 20th at 7:30 and Sunday, Sept. 21st at 2:30 in Kimpel Hall room 404. You won't want to miss this unique and whimsical opera!

The opera will have two more performances next weekend — Sept 26 at 7:30pm and Sept 28 at 2:30pm!!!

Day 3 of our tour takes us to Root Elementary and Happy Hollow Elementary. We love sharing the love of opera with all of these cubs! 🐻🐻🐻

If you missed our public performance on Sunday, you have another chance to see this wonderfully charming show on Saturday, Oct. 26th at the Springdale Public Library at 10:30 AM.

The University Opera Theatre is "on the trail" with The Three Bears, a one-act opera written and directed by our own Dr. Jonathan Stinson!

While most of their tour takes them to local elementary schools, they have one more public performance at the Springdale Public Library Saturday, Oct. 26th at 10:30 AM.

The University Opera Theatre at the University of Arkansas is excited to present The Three Bears, a one-act opera written and directed by Jonathan Stinson! The cast is excited for the opportunity to share this opera with various schools and libraries around Northwest Arkansas.

Members of the public have two chances to catch this heartwarming "sequel" to Goldilocks and the Three Bears:

Sunday at 3:00 PM, October 20th in the Story Time Room of the Fayetteville Public Library

Saturday at 10:30 AM, October 26th in the Children's Library at the Springdale Public Library
