As the Fall semester wrapped up, we managed to get our hands on a CAT D5 (huge thanks to Riggs CAT) and build Arkansas' first dedicated Baja test track! As the Spring semester gets going, it will be invaluable for developing and perfecting the 2019 car.

At the same time, we managed to organize (and label!) everything in the shop. Now all that's left is to build a car.

Full Boar Racing is back at it!

With the Fall semester being focused primarily on design, it never hurts to take the old cars out and get a sense for what can be improved upon. This involves purely scientific testing, of course.

Baja Illinois 2017 06/12/2017

We are officially back in Fayetteville after a long weekend of early mornings and racing. Overall, the car performed well, with a 15th place finish in Maneuverability and, despite a shock failure on lap 1, the car finished the Endurance race with 26 laps.

A huge thank you to our sponsors, without whom, there would likely not be a car to race.

Special thanks to Monty Roberts, Ben Fleming, Dr. Darin Nutter, Melynda Hart, and everyone else in the University of Arkansas Department of Mechanical Engineering that makes this project possible year after year! Without you all, none of this would be possible.

See you all next year!
