2 WEEKS UNTIL BELT GRADING 🚨🥋⭐️

Our students have been hard at work preparing for the upcoming belt grading on May 22nd!
Can you believe it’s only 2 weeks away?? 😱

💥Things you need to know for grading💥
-High & Low patterns
-High pattern definition
-High & Low pattern trivia/fun facts
-Korean/TKD History
-Counting to 10 in Korean
-Basic Korean Vocab
-Board Break
-Sparring (Green Belt & Above)

⭐️WEEKEND CHALLENGE⭐️
WHITE BELTS: 🤍
•Practice the four basic kicks at least twice a day! That’s a front kick, round kick, sidekick, AND hook kick 💪
COLOR BELTS: 💛💚💙❤️
•Have your definition & trivia MEMORIZED before your first class next week!
(3rd & possibly 4th stripes await those who accept this challenge 😉)
BLACK BELTS: 🖤
•Pick your favorite form & learn to do it backwards! 🥋 *bonus points if you show an instructor at class next week*

Tournament Champions 💪🏅

Congratulations and GREAT JOB to all of our FMA students who showed up & showed out in Kansas City this weekend! We are so proud of every single one of you! 🤩

We had over 20 students from FMA travel to Kansas City to compete against students from all over the nation! Many came home with medals, and EVERYONE came home with great memories and a drive to train harder 💪🥋

These kiddos trained hard, persevered, and competed with humility & passion. We couldn’t be more proud 🫶

A huge thank you to The Holgerson Family & everyone at KiCK Martial Arts for organizing and hosting such a great tournament! We are so thankful for and blessed by y’all 💙🧡
