We wrapped up this year's Razorbug Diploma Tour with a stop at Hermitage Elementary School. Kirby Gibson was the second of two Impact Arkansas principal fellows honored on the tour. Executive director John Bacon presented a framed diploma for her master's degree in educational leadership from the College of Education and Health Professions at the University of Arkansas.

The Razorbug Diploma Tour highlighted the first of two graduates on the tour who took part in the Impact Arkansas Principal Fellowship program. Executive director John Bacon presented Hope Caruthers with a framed diploma for her master's degree in educational leadership. Hope directs preschool programs for Drew Central schools in Monticello.

The Razorbug was on another campus for the Razorbug Diploma Tour this morning – National Park College in Hot Springs National Park. Professor Niki Avery was also there to present a framed diploma to La Taschya Harris for her doctorate in adult and lifelong learning that is offered online. State Representative, Les Warren of Hot Springs (first from the right) even turned out to congratulate Dr. Harris.

Here, Micah Hale, professor of civil engineering in The College of Engineering at the University of Arkansas presents Hunter Keller a framed diploma for his master’s degree in construction management. Hunter shares what he learned with his students in drafting and architecture classes at Conway High School.

This morning, the Razorbug visited the Arkansas 4-H Center at Ferndale, about 10 miles west of Little Rock this morning. Professor Don Johnson presented a framed diploma to Lane Fritch, who works as a program facilitator there. Lane earned a master's degree in agricultural and extension education by studying online in the Dale Bumpers College of Agricultural, Food and Life Sciences. She is pictured here surrounded by friends and family–notably Senator Mark Johnson of Little Rock and her mother, Andra Fritch.
