ARKANSAS ENHANCED CARRY LICENSE CLASS- Saturday August 18th. You must have an Arkansas CHCL to do this course) This license will allow you to carry in restricted places where basic concealed carry holders cannot, such as State Buildings, Athletic Events, Government Entities, University and College Campus and more. This is a State required 8 hour course (6 hours of class and 2 hours Range Time) that will cover new laws, Active Shooter Situations, Weapon Retention, Emergent situations, how to deal with Law Enforcement.
