Congratulations to our new members of Phi Delta Theta who were initiated November 6th. Proud of these new phis!

This week the University of Arkansas are bringing awareness to mental health through the initiative, Razorbacks Reach Out. We want our brotherhood to 1. Inform other about mental health 2. Engage others to understand 3. Respond before it’s too late. It’s time to make a change in these statistics and help each other when in need.

This week is University of Arkansas’ week, sexual assault awareness.

Sexual Assault and Sexual Violence are real issues facing college campuses across the nation. The U of A Greek Community understands that and is actively looking to change campus climate and culture through our annual It’s On Us Week. During this week, we will have various events that chapters can support at, such as the kickoff on Monday, various educational programs, and providing opportunities for everyone to learn more about It’s On Us Week and how we can best prevent sexual assault and sexual violence.

The men here at Phi Delta Theta - Arkansas Alpha are committed to raise awareness for hazing awareness. This is something that we take very seriously and actively work to prevent. We strive to uphold our Three Cardinal Principles: Friendship, Sound Learning, and Moral Rectitude.

Last week some of our members got the chance to go to the 2022 Kleberg Emerging Leaders Institute! Here, they were able to meet Phi Delts from across the U.S. and Canada and build the skills necessary to become a better leader and phi.

Today, at the Arkansas Alpha Chapter of Phi Delta Theta, we took part of Denim Day! This day is meant to raise action and awareness for sexual violence and victim blaming. Denim is worn to symbolize that no matter what you wear, consent is never implied.
