Who knew a suitcase full of yarn and crochet needles could bring so much joy? 🧶❤️

A huge thank you to everyone who donated yarn and crochet needles for our students at Life Spring. What you may not know is that crocheting is part of the Kenyan school curriculum—and our students take it seriously!

I especially love seeing these boys proudly showing off the scarves they crocheted themselves. 😊 They were learning a practical skill, creating something beautiful, and having fun along the way.

Thank you for helping us bring supplies that give our students opportunities to learn, create, and enjoy something a little different.

A crowded room. Dirt floors. Women and children gathered together. And the story of Jesus being heard in their own language.

In a remote village in Africa, our team set up the Jesus Film, and people came to watch. For many, this may be the first time they have ever heard the story of Jesus presented this way.
Different place. Different language. Same hope.

One of those special moments I wanted to share… ❤️📖

I gave a new Bible to Elizabeth, and this moment was especially meaningful to me because Elizabeth is my middle name, too!

My prayer is that she will treasure God’s Word, grow in her faith, and discover just how deeply God loves her.

What a joy to place God’s Word in her hands. ❤️Thank you friends who help make this possible.

Some things are universal—like boys, a deck of cards, and a little friendly competition. 😊

These young men came to serve at the children’s home, but they also took time to simply be with the boys. A game of UNO quickly turned into laughter, conversation, and connection.

Sometimes ministry looks like teaching a Bible lesson or serving a meal. And sometimes it looks like sitting around a table, playing cards, and letting a child know, “You matter to me.”

I'm so grateful for people who are willing to show up, slow down, and love these boys well. ❤️

🦖🪥 A BIG toothbrush for a BIG job!
This little guy had fun practicing his brushing skills on a stuffed dinosaur during our dental clinic.

These fun props were brought by Traci, our volunteer dental hygienist, to help make learning about dental care engaging and fun for the children.

We’re so grateful for Traci who bring not only their skills, but also creativity and love for the children. ❤️
