Help us welcome one of our newest Snyder Music Academy instructors, Ian Taylor! Ian has been passionate about music from a young age, beginning piano at five years old and studying musical theatre vocals since he was thirteen. He has performed in numerous productions, including Peter Pan, Alice in Wonderland, Annie, and Beauty and the Beast, and has spent the past three years accompanying the worship team on piano at Manna Church. Ian is currently pursuing his education at Manna University and enjoys helping students grow in both skill and confidence while fostering a lifelong love of music. He strives to create a fun, encouraging environment where students can build confidence, develop strong musical foundations, and enjoy the process of learning. Outside of teaching, Ian enjoys musical theatre, spending time with friends and family, exploring coffee shops, and thrift shopping. Welcome to Snyder Music Academy, Ian! music.snydermbc.com

Help us welcome one of Snyder Music Academy's newest teachers, Ryan McPhail! Mr. McPhail is a native of Eastover, NC and graduated from Cape Fear High School in 1990. He completed his undergraduate in Music Education at East Carolina University. While at ECU Ryan developed a love for teaching through his work instructing drum lines in the Greenville, NC area and in Oldham County, Kentucky. Ryan has taught high school and middle school band in Montgomery County, Cumberland County, Richmond County, and Harnett County. He currently serves as the Director of Bands at Northwoood Temple Academy in Fayetteville, NC. Ryan was also the recipient of the 2022 Southeastern District BandMaster Association Award ofExcellence. He hopes that his work as director, mentor, and private instructor has encouraged students to enjoy music for the rest of their lives. Welcome to Snyder Music Academy, Ryan! music.snydermbc.com
