Practice launches for qualification flights! Unfortunately, on the first launch the rocket landed in the road, broke the nose cone, and the altimeter went in the storm drain! A bit of a delay, but we're back in business now.

These students have a great chance at making The American Rocketry Challenge finals this year! Career and Technical Education in Fayetteville Public Schools students learn while having lots of fun!

The freshman team decided on a redesign so they are working in CAD to create new parts.

Unfortunately, the launch did not go well. It lost stability early on and then rocketed itself into the ground a few inches. The second photo is the nose cone embedded in the ground with our egg passenger who sadly didn't make it. On the plus side, we think we know the fix and new parts are being created!

After a long hiatus due to broken altimeter, wind, rain, etc., we finally launched again! Thanks to Mike Manning for the new launch pad!
