We are thrilled to introduce two new faces to our team of Associates. Please join us in welcoming Sandy Wright and Laura Holland to the Milestone team!

Sandy is accredited in Cognitive-Based Coaching, Mindfulness techniques to lower stress, heighten creativity and problem-solving and has a Masters Degree in Sociology and Human Behavior. With years of experience in facilitating important conversations as an International Coaching Federation Professional Coach with CEOs, high potential employees, executive directors, boards, teams and individuals, Sandy values partnering with clients for those important "aha" moments and decision-making to not only reach goals, but also discover personal satisfaction and success.

When she's not working, Sandy loves to paddle board, write, and play poker! We can't wait for our clients and participants to have the opportunity to learn from her.

With more than two decades of experience in organizational consulting, leadership coaching and curriculum development, Laura is an expert in innovative training methods. She holds a Doctor of Ministry degree in Semiotics, Church, and Culture from Portland Seminary and a Master’s in Teaching from the University of Arkansas, and a certified LEGO Serious Play facilitator.

We have no doubt our participants and clients will admire Laura's analytical and creative blend of problem-solving and leadership development, as well as her curiosity for finding meaningful connections in seemingly disparate things.

Laura claims the best dessert she's ever made is a Heath Bar Trifle - though our team is eagerly waiting to test it for themselves. 😋

There’s no question Rogers Public Schools is in the hands of some truly outstanding leaders!
