Families managing PFD, ARFID, and other feeding differences often face added stress when food, formula, or essentials become harder to find.
We’ve created a resources page for families facing disruption. This page is a growing collection of trusted programs including food banks and diaper programs, as well as support through our regional Feeding Matters community councils.
You’re not alone. We’re here to help.
Resources page available at the link in bio.

Letting go of expectations can be one of the hardest, and most important, parts of a feeding journey.
It’s normal to hope meals will look a certain way or that progress will follow a straight line. But feeding is complex, and every child’s path is unique.
When we release the pressure of what “should” be and embrace where our child is, we create more room for connection, trust, and growth.
Progress isn’t always measured in bites.
