Our Lead Teachers to work four 10-hour days, with a rotating Alternate Lead Teacher filling in on the regular Lead Teacher's day off. This is with the exception for the Lead Pre-K Teacher. We know our parents appreciate the consistency of dropping-off and picking-up from the same teacher who has spent the entire day with their child. Each lead teacher is supported by an assistant that is permanently assigned to your child's room, five days a week. Because we know that consistency in your child's care is of the utmost importance, we understand we have to treat our employees well too. We hire full-time employees because reliability and consistency is important to children, parents, employees and our center. We require that ALL staff be adult, child and infant CPR and First Aid certified. We provide:
Low ratios, We strictly adhere to maximum Teacher:Child ratios of 1:4 (Infants) 1:6 (Toddlers) 1:7 (Early Preschoolers) and 1:10 (Preschool). Web-cam portals, password protected, so that parents can view their children and the care being provided at their own convenience. Family-Style Dining, helps children develop appropriate dining manners. Controlled Access, with fingerprint activation, so that your child is protected and parents can enter with ease.
