FTCC's FBLA Collegiate chapter made a strong showing at the 2026 FBLA Collegiate National Leadership Conference in Las Vegas!
FTCC was recognized as a North Carolina Gold Seal Chapter, highlighting its sustained excellence in programming, leadership development, and member engagement, while students and faculty earned individual honors.
⭐ Suzanna McGhee – FBLA Collegiate Excellence Award Silver Winner
⭐ P. Simone Browne – Management Case Competition Finalist
⭐ Instructor Brittany Milligan – Elected to the NC FBLA Collegiate Executive Council as Leadership & Program Development Director (2026–28)
Students also completed more than 40 hours of professional development workshops and networked with business leaders and peers from across the nation.
Congratulations to our students and faculty for representing FTCC with excellence on the national stage!

FTCC is excited to host the My Future So Bright Work Readiness Summer Program this week!
The program, offered in partnership with the Mid-Carolina Workforce Development Board and NCWorks NextGen, gives high school students the opportunity to learn transformational cognitive, self-leadership, interpersonal, and digital literacy skills through a one-week career readiness camp before receiving hands-on job placement.
This collaborative effort helps our community's next generation become future ready.

Archivists, students, faculty, and friends from all North Carolina Community Colleges and beyond are invited to attend!
The conference will be held at Fayetteville Technical Community College on July 31st.
⌚ Deadline to register is July 10th.
$30 registration fee includes a boxed lunch and light refreshments.
