Sometimes, the best thing we can do is get out of the way. That can mean unlearning what we’ve been taught about what learning is supposed to look like. Less managing. Less measuring. Less making sure every moment is productive. More room for learners to find their own motivation, wrestle with failure, build resilience, and discover their own rhythm.

Because at Forest, we believe growth doesn’t always look busy. Sometimes, it looks like letting go—and watching what grows.
