I saw this article on a news site addressing how we can prevent….or at least slow, Dementia. This condition affects millions and will most likely affect you or someone close to you.

1. Get from behind the TV.
2. Do social activities.
3. Dance…especially social dancing.
4. Learn new things…such as new movements or/and another language.

Alright Mandingueiros Family, I'm making us a Youtube channel. My goal is to promote Mandingueiros and over the next year I plan to build the group all across North Carolina. The youtube channel will cover, Rodas, Batizado footage, Basic Movements for beginners, Benguela Sequences, Basics for music, and songs. My goal is to make this youtube a valuable resource for our group. I will also list all Mandingueiros Locations across the world, upcoming events, and promotions for our group. This will be my future contribution to our family. I am currently designing and organizing the page. Please stay tuned for more updates in a day or so.
