Soul Support is a life coaching practice that prioritizes healing. It is the process of establishing or restoring wholeness in one’s life, organization, or community. Someone might feel or observe unfulfillment, stagnation, lack of motivation, pain, dysfunction, or other forms of imbalance throughout one or more areas of their life. This may include career/work, creative expression, school, friend
ship(s), romantic relationship(s), family life, physical and emotional health, identity, spirituality, or other areas of import. Healing, in the context of coaching then at Soul Support, is about harnessing motivation, encouragement, guidance, and loving accountability—and their associated techniques and tools—to help clients—whether individuals or groups—to practically achieve some sense of wholeness or completeness in a targeted area. Coaching at Soul Support is always a space and process where one will feel listened to, affirmed, supported, and when necessary and appropriate challenged. Now, by challenged I do not mean through aggression, harmful confrontation, or judgment, but rather by providing information and guidance through honesty, sincerity, wisdom, and experience. The best and most effective kinds of coaching are those methods that are tailored to each specific client. I do not believe in a “one-size fits all” or “one-size fits most” approach. As a result, my coaching style and practice firmly believes that the motivation, encouragement, guidance, and loving accountability I provide to clients must be rooted and informed by their specific histories, identities, strengths, and challenges. Lastly, I fundamentally believe MONEY SHOULD NOT BE A BARRIER, AND LIFE COACHING SHOULD NOT BE A LUXURY. As a result, Soul Support is committed to maximizing accessibility of its services. If someone cannot afford the standard rate for the coaching sessions they want to purchase, I ask them to reach out and give me the opportunity to work with them and their budget. Additionally, soon, I hope to be able to offer scholarships for coaching clients who are experiencing significant economic insecurity. Ultimately, my point is: no one should count themselves out, and instead reach out.

PART 3 - What we need to know: Pain has a great publicist, the best in the biz cuz they have convinced us healing cannot possibly be ours cuz pain is all there is and shall be. Pain and all their sycophants are LIARS, we are more than our hurts, disappointments, and traumas.

PART 2 - What healing is: a restoration of wholeness, not a restoration to sameness. This idea comes from the great work of prison abolitionists towards restorative justice practices and frameworks. Wholeness is a recognition of all we are: not just pain; but pain and joy, sorrow and serenity, rage and love.
