Here are some beautiful step by step photos of Chef Cameo’s recent meals! The first set is Moroccan-inspired chickpea rice salad and the second is turkey lasagna. We eat fresh, organic, and non-GMO when possible! We also do not serve items that use artificial sweeteners, preservatives, or colors. We serve vegan alternatives for any meals that have animal products in them as well. 🍅 🍚 🍆 🌿 🧅

Water days during these summer days are a must! 🥵 💦💧 All of our classes at Parkside enjoy a water day once a week during the summer months and have the opportunity of water play throughout the day. Water play provides so many different opportunities for sensory play and to cool down. It also provides opportunity for children to learn basic math concepts of volume, full vs empty, etc. Water days are a fan fav! 😎

Park days are a pretty big deal around here! 💚 Our friends love to pick flowers, explore nature, run, and play with friends. Climbing trees is pretty far up there on the list, too! 🌳

Our Summer Spirit Week concluded with our Annual Summer Party! Lots of fun was had with water blasters, bubbles, and art activities. Happy Summer!

Oh baby! 🐣 Our chicks have hatched at Parkside. We’ve got 3 little chicks that momma Brownie is caring for. Everyone is so excited to watch them grow! The children help with daily care of the chickens by feeding, refilling their waters, and collecting eggs. 💚

Our chicken, Brownie, has been broody the last few weeks! Pre-K friends helped put some fertilized eggs under her on Earth Day. It takes 21 days for eggs to hatch. 🥚 This will be Brownie’s 4th clutch of eggs!

Breakfast for lunch? Yes, please! 🥞

Today’s lunch was a special request from a Pre-K kiddo: pancakes and hummus!
