In 2002, InovaTech reinvented the way in which working adults could achieve a higher education and made academic innovation, quality, and accountability its distinction. We designed an education and service model specifically geared toward the way adults learn best and made our programs available to non-traditional students using a fresh new approach to academic delivery. InovaTech questioned every aspect of its academic culture and operation, because we were on a mission to be a school where teaching and learning is the center-piece and adult learners are our highest priority. This approach extended to the school’s early decision to organize as a for-profit institution, an act that has propelled our growth and widened our outreach to students as well as provided the resources for continuous improvement, academic accountability, and excellence in our classrooms.
