The Ambition Nitrition book is now available on PDF. I out a lot of great information in here about nutrition. This is not guess work, the education background I have, I put together in simple terms for others, especially for coaches and athletes of every sect.
Metaboism, RED-S (women), Fat Cells, etc.
The Ambition Nutrition booklet if very useful.
