Alex Cogbill, local artist and art teacher, is excited to offer art lessons for children of all ages.
Local Color offers kids' art classes, seminars for adults ranging from welding to painting, and is a metal and wood working shop for sculpture and architectural fabrication. Alex graduated from the UofA with a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in Art Education and has over 10 years of experience teaching locally. Color Camp is on!! A lot of you parents have been asking if we are still doing summer camp this year. It’s a YES thanks to hosting us. It’s an amazing space right downtown with great energy, and we aim to add more goodness to it. These two camps June 1-5th and June 22-26th are for ages 6-10 and my Mom will be back at it again with me in what will be our 10th year. We do it up with fun art projects that keep the kids moving and engaged, exciting themes, fun games, good music, yummy snacks, and their own art show to cap off the week on Friday.
