This description summarizes the requirements of a Production Associate employee/contractor performing in the State Board Professor home office. Responsible for assisting work in the production/kit room.
Responsibilities
Pulling material as indicated by Work Order picking lists
· Working with Purchasing to resolve any discrepancies as needed.
Receiving UPS and FEDEX deliveries as required, distributing material to proper areas
Following and complying with all safety and work rules and regulations. Maintain departmental housekeeping standards.
Maintain inventory accuracy by identifing, labeling, counting and placing materials and supplies in stock
Conserve resources and supplies to facilitate minimum waste.
Work from manufacturing instruction sheets, visual aids, or other instructions to manufacture product at required quality levels.
Keep track of inventory and maintain inventory accuracy
Other duties might be assigned
Requirements
A high school diploma, GED and or equivalent.
· Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment with frequently changing dynamics
· Excellent organizational and time-management skills
· Strong communication skills
· Dexterity and attention to detail
Working Conditions
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to lift, carry, push, pull, grip, and grasp up to 50 lbs. Employees also frequently bend, twist, and reach and may stand and/or walk up to 8-10 hours per day.'
