This a 12 Bar Blues Progression in A. Though it's built on Dominant 7th chords, I also used a lot of Dominant 9th and 13th chords to give it a Jazz Swing Blues feel. Use it to practice soloing. A Minor Pentatonic Scale, A Minor Blues Scale and A Mixolydian Mode work the best. D Mixolydian Mode works over the D7 type chords and E Mixolydian Mode works over the E7 type chords
