ICD Learning Center - Fayetteville We are an educational program for the members of USW Local 959 at Goodyear's Fayetteville, NC tire plant.

We are one of over 70 Learning Centers in the country that provides learning opportunities for the members of USW Local 959 at the Goodyear Tire Plant in Fayetteville, NC. Our goal is to provide educational opportunities for job enhancement, personal development and successful retirement for our members.
