Happy New Year to you all. If your goal is to become the best "you" possible, this message is for you. Do weight loss supplements (pills, powder, or other such gimmicks) help you address the core problems related to an unhealthy lifestyle? Do they provide sustainable outcomes? Over the course of 2022, I became a Master Certified Health Coach (MCHC). In addition, I added six (6) other certifications that work in conjunction with the MCHC to provide you the information and support needed to become your best self. The word "diet" often has a negative connotation and does not provide the foundation that a "lifestyle change" does. The science-based information is also applicable to any negative behavior/habits (cigarette smoking, emotional eating and/or spending) that you want to change.
