Yes, everyone has to work out their own soul salvation. That in no way removes our level of accountability in the process. What variables are we giving people to work it out with? If a ministry does NOT preach or teach about SIN, but opts to ONLY teach love & forgiveness, then it has automatically FAILED its people. We need BOTH.

The sins of mankind are the reason we needed Jesus in the first place. We apply love & grace through the process of preaching, teaching, and guiding God’s people, with wisdom, humility, and understanding. If a congregation or people’s lives are still in chaos and the messages & teachings from the pulpit do not change, your church will DIE.

People are looking for places of fellowship where they aren’t just a number. It doesn’t matter how PACKED your parking lot or pews are on a Sunday morning. It doesn’t matter how many events you throw. It doesn’t even matter how much money you THINK you have.
