We braved the cold for the Ft Bragg polar bear plunge.

A great class last night working on our punch block skills in order to get to the clinch.

Come learn the most effective martial art for self defense in the world.

Come join us as we are now open and back to our normal schedule. Kids classes at 530, Tuesday through Thursday. Adults at 630, Monday through Thursday. Women only at 530 on Mondays.

Progress is being made. 😁

Progress on the new school is moving right along. This Friday will be painting. The main room and finishing up the bathroom. Saturday we'll be at our original school moving everything over to the new location.
And this will give you an idea of just how massive our new mat space will be, 60 feet long and 30 feet wide.
Thank you so much to the students and families who have taken time out of their lives to come and help us. It means the world to me and I'll never be able to thank you enough.
