Annually this event brings nearly one thousand people to our school campus- that’s nearly 1,000 hands that could touch your product or advertisement.

We are collecting new and gently used coats throughout the drive. Every donation makes a difference, so let’s come together as a GCS family and make this year’s Coat Drive a success!

We need an experienced teacher assistant in our IMAGO INSTITUTE at Genesis Christian School.

Responsibilities and Duties:
- Instructs individuals and groups in special education skill areas (including academic and life skills)
- Plans curriculum, lessons and special education programs
- Evaluates and monitors student progress
- Keeps records and records data
- In coordination with the classroom teacher creates Individualized Learning Plans (IEPs) and academic success plans to meet students needs.
- Assumes the responsibility for the development and implementation of specific learning objectives to meet the needs of individual students.
- Advises classroom teachers on strategies to meet individual student needs
- Uses both the pull out and push in methods for students to support their learning

Physical Requirements:
- Regularly required to sit, stand, walk, talk, hear, operate a computer and other office equipment, reach with hands and arms, and must occasionally lift, move and/or support up to 50 pounds (and/or up to adult size body weight with two-to-three person lift).
- Position can require some degree of physical interaction with students who have difficulty controlling physical behavior.
