Spring break is next week!

Our cafeteria ladies rocked their brand new Valentine’s shirts this week with the slogan, “The Heart of the School Beats in the Kitchen.” We couldn’t agree more! We are so grateful for the care, kindness, and heart they bring to our school community!

Today was “Merry & Bright Day” at RAS, and our very own cafeteria superstar Ena showed up ready to shine with enough holiday cheer to light up the whole cafeteria. Thank you, Ena, for bringing smiles (and sparkle!) to everyone today. Our RAS family is lucky to have you!

Great news, Tiger families! FCS Nutrition has officially recertified for the Community Eligibility Provision (CEP) program — which means FREE breakfast and FREE lunch for every student, every day, all year long!
We know that well-fed students are better learners. Research shows hunger can lead to more nurse visits, behavior challenges, and struggles in the classroom. As the School Nutrition Association reminds us: “You cannot teach a hungry child.”
