When Caroline McMillan joined NAF's Academies of Emergency Medical Science and Fire Science, she never imagined they would help launch her career as a firefighter and lead her to become the youngest employee in the Fayetteville Fire Department. 🔥🚒

From earning her EMT license and fire certifications before high school graduation to launching her career immediately after, Caroline's story is a powerful reminder of what's possible when students have access to real-world learning experiences.
