📚🌊 Our Water Horse reading adventure may have ended last Friday, but we couldn’t let it swim away without sharing a few pictures from our final-day celebration! 🐉💙

Dr. Coppola and Mrs. Wingfield helped us bring our One School, One Book adventure to a close with a special reading of the final chapter. Then, they visited each classroom with a very mysterious surprise! 🥚✨
Every student received their very own egg, complete with a mysterious creature inside for them to hatch, care for, and watch over—just like in The Water Horse! 🐣🌊

We have loved reading, wondering, predicting, and adventuring together as a whole school. Thank you to everyone who helped make this experience so special for our Mountain Lions! ❤️📚

We are SO excited to celebrate our newest Mountain Lions to sign the Leader Board! 🎉

These students are being recognized for showing what it means to be a Minter Mountain Lion by being:

And they don’t just demonstrate these qualities inside the classroom—they show them all around our school! From the classroom to the hallway, playground, cafeteria, and everywhere in between, these students are making a difference through their everyday choices. 💙

Although our Water Horse reading adventure has come to an end today, the good news is that there are plenty more reading adventures waiting to be discovered this school year! ✨

We have loved reading each night with you and sharing the magic of books with our Minter community. From mysterious creatures to exciting journeys, what a wonderful adventure it has been!
