Cardio Groove with Kathy

Kultured Cardio Fitness LLC is the parent company of Cardio Groove with Kathy..#FindYourGroove. 😍

Currently teaching weekly at the former Fitness One Fay now Iconix Fitness Sundays at 2 pm and Mon at 5:30 pm and We rotate Sat at 10 am. Their pop in fee is $10 for non members, f you ever want to join us there. There are also 3 day guest passes to try the class, please message my by phone if you have any questions or if would like to attend.
