Our first field trip of 2023 to have one last hoorah before one of our friends leave the Savannah’s Smile family! He will be missed as he moves to his next adventure!

We still had fun as the kids got to explore some new gross motor activities and more at Bravery Kids Gym

The last two/three weeks! Talking about all things winter and snow related !
Snow ball tosses
Snowflake art
Ice painting
Fake snow
Wear some winter gear like coats and gloves
Making name snowmen
Had our Christmas party in our pjs !

Here is some photos of last week or so….
Sometimes you just need to roll around in the dirt.
The children loved learning about Native Americans. How they live in ”tents” and the dancing was a favorite !
We also worked on making some thanksgiving projects to send home. Today we had a nice thanksgiving lunch!

Our first field trip !
We had such a ball at Gillis Hills Farm!
We even had a special treat of homemade ice cream.
We have been talking about farms and farm animals.
Everyone loved seeing the equipment but the animals and playing in the hay was the favorite.

We were only missing one friend but hopefully we can take another trip to the farm soon so he can join us!

Yesterday was a exciting day. The kids got to see people looking over the roof and how they used ladders to get up on the roof.
Then when we came in everyone wanted to help each other take shoes off.
We also go to see the school buses on an afternoon walk.
