*Not talking politics* This is something worth looking into if you're a musician, parent of a musician, music educator, or anyone who enjoys music in schools. The cost of instruments are already very high for most families. Please do your own research and express any concerns you may have.

🎺 A newly proposed tariff on brass-wind instruments and accessories could make it even harder for music programs and families to afford the instruments students need.

Now is the time for music educators and advocates to make our voices heard! Submit a public comment by August 27 and reach out directly to your members of Congress to oppose the proposed tariff.

3 important dates approaching:
-August 18th, 2026 first Boosters meeting
-August 28th, 2026 KD Marching Rams & Color Guard will be at Littlestown with our Rams Football team for our first game of the season. Come cheer on our football team and get to see our field show Rebel Song 🎵
-September 12th, 2026 we will be having a pit beef fundraiser at Saubels in Stewartstown

Marching Rams parents and family were able to watch a special show this morning at the end of band camp. Students, staff, and our band parents have worked hard these last two weeks and it shows.

Time to shop for new school clothes?? Take all the unwanted items from last year to our KD Music Boosters Clothing-to-Cash bins conveniently located across from KD. Don't forget, we also take backpacks, shoes, and more. Check out the flyer for a full list of items.
