We are so thankful for Ms. Ashlie and her generous donation to our school! We will miss her in our halls but are SO exited for this new venture with Celebrate Abilities Co.
I spent 8 years working at Billie Stevenson Elementary, and BSE will always hold such a special place in my heart. But there is one department in particular that I love with my whole heart β Special Education. ππ
When I started Celebrate Abilities Co., I knew I wanted it to be more than just making shirts. I wanted there to be opportunities to use this little business of mine to give back, especially to the people and places that mean so much to me.
So when I was given the opportunity to sell shirts at BSE, I decided that a portion of the proceeds would go right back to the BSE Special Education department to help purchase sensory items for their Motor Lab.
And because so many people supported those shirts, I was able to give $500 back to BSE SPED! π₯Ήπ
After spending years working alongside these teachers and loving these kids, I know just how important the Motor Lab is. It's a place where students can move, regulate, meet their sensory needs, and get their bodies ready to learn.
This donation may have my business name on the check, but every single person who purchased a shirt helped make it possible. Thank you for supporting my small business and, in turn, helping me give back to a department that means more to me than I could ever put into words.
BSE will always be part of my story, and being able to give back in this way feels pretty full circle. π₯Ή

This is what I want Celebrate Abilities Co. to be about β celebrating every ability, supporting our kids, and giving back whenever I can. βΎοΈπ
