Both our Varsity and JV teams played hard this week against Lakeview. JV with a 6-6 tie and Varsity coming up short 17-14 on a last second field goal.

Remember we have no practice today. We are off for the Holiday weekend 9/4-9/6. We will have practice this Monday from 6:30-8:30 pm on Monday 9/7.

Hey everyone, we have some great photos from our media day and some good action shots from both our JV and Varsity week one wins.

This T-Mobile competition is both a great way to support our football program financially and to get some exposure for our athletes.

Thank you everyone for all the hard work, and dedication to our athletes, our school, and our football program over the last couple weeks.
It has been very busy, with a weight room reveal, Silvi Camp, the start of practice, the family potluck, hosting a 4 team scrimmage, our fundraiser, picture day and our new media night activities. All of this and school starts on Monday!

It has been busy, but also so nice for our athletes to get these experiences and exposure.

Next week starts school and games, please remember we are student athletes and our education comes first, so keep those grades up.

Below is our schedule for next week

Monday - JV and Varsity practice from 4-6pm

Tuesday - JV and Varsity practice from 4-6pm

Wednesday - Varsity practice 4-5:30pm
JV Home game vs Hesperia @ 6:00pm

Thursday- JV practice-TBD
Varsity game @ Hesperia - 7:00pm

Good morning,

We have had a great first week of practice!
Today we celebrate our players and their families at our Farwell Football Family Potluck from 6-8pm at the Farwell Football field. We ask each family to please bring a dish to pass.

We will honor our players that made this years Champions Club (making it to 70% or more of the summer activities) and we will have a short parents meeting to talk about team rules and expectations for the players this season. Finally we will end with our annual Player vs Parent 2 hand touch game. So parents make sure you are stretched out and ready to go!

We had a great start to the season so far.
Silvi Camp was a great success! Thank you to everyone who helped donate food and supplies. The players got a lot of work in and had some great times making memories with their teammates.

Remember to make sure you come to the first day of practice with a completed physical. You can not participate unless you have a physical.

Silvi Camp - Update

We are still looking for a few donations.
Breakfast food, 1 Lunch, drinks, cups, paper plates.

Also reminder, we do have an athlete on the team with a sever peanut allergy. So make sure no food donated has peanuts.

Good Morning

This post is for Silvi Camp!

Silvi Camp is for Varsity players only. It takes place locally at south lake in the Farwell/Clare area. Players will be tent camping and then commuting back and forth to the Farwell Football field for practice. Silvi camp will begin on Aug 9th at 3:00pm and it will end on Aug 12th after our afternoon practice that day. Silvi camp marks the start of mandatory practice (starting on Aug 10th) and is required to play Varsity football.

Players will need
Sports physical (turned into coach day 1)
Tent (or, plan to stay in teammates tent)
Sleeping bag/pillow
Toiletries
Many changes of clothes
Fishing gear (optional)
Camping chair

This camp is free for our athletes. Because of this we do ask for meal donations.
3 breakfast meals
2 lunch meals
3 dinner meals
Drinks for all 4 days

We currently have donations for all 3 dinners but are looking for donations for the other areas. Please reach out to me via private message if you would like to donate.

Good Morning.

Tonight we have our last summer activity before the official MHSAA season begins on Aug 10th.
Lifting tonight from 7:00-8:30pm

We will have no activities from July 31st- Aug 9th.

Varsity players will report to Silvi Camp on Aug 9th ( more details to come)

First day of practice for Varsity and JV will be on Aug 10th.
Practice the week of Aug 10th-14th will be from 4:00-7:00pm. Players need to arrive no later than 3:30pm
These practices are mandatory, missing practice in the first two weeks could cause you to not be able to participate in the scrimmage based on MHSAA rules.

Players also need a physical by the first day of practice. Athletes can’t participate in mandatory practices without one. If the physical was done after May of 2026 your athlete is good. If the physical was done prior to May of 2026 they will need a new one for football season.
