🗓️Off-Season Workout Updates🗓️
EagleNation - See updated schedule for this week for off season workouts. As a reminder, the VHSL dead period goes into effect this coming Sunday, June 21 - Sunday, July 5, 2026. This is for all seasons (Fall, Winter, and Spring) for all athletics and activities that participate in VHSL. Off-season workouts will resume on Monday, July 6, 2026.

The grind starts NOW for Prince Edward County Athletics. Whether you’re returning or looking to make a team for the first time, offseason workouts are your opportunity to improve, compete, and build culture with your teammates.

📌 Students do not need to be registered through Arbiter to participate in offseason workouts.

✅ Students planning to try out for athletics during the 2026-27 school year must complete athletic registration and upload a current physical prior to official practices and tryouts.

Congratulations to our Boys and Girls Track & Field program on a successful VHSL State Championships Meet! In the team results the Girls finished 3rd overall with 52 points!

Girls: Aliyah Rachels took home 1st place in both Long Jump and Triple Jump! Additionally, finished 3rd in the 100 Meter Hurdles! Makayla Eppes finished 3rd in the 100 Meter Dash

Boys: Jayden Eppes finished 3rd in the 200 Meter dash!

Great job to all of our athletes that qualified for the state championships!

Good luck to our track program as they compete in Day 2 of the VHSL State Championships at James Madison University!

Day 1 Results: congratulations to Aliyah Rachels on WINNING the 2A State Championship Triple Jump with a school record of 38 feet 6.5 inches jump!
Jayden Eppes - qualified for finals in 100m & 200m (today)
Makayla Eppes - qualified for finals in 100m & 200m (today)
Curtis Patterson - qualified for finals 110m H (today)
Aliyah Rachels - qualified for finals 300m H , 100m H (today)

🏛️ INAUGURAL CLASS — FALL 2026 🦅

Prince Edward County High School Athletics & Activities is proud to announce the creation of the Prince Edward County Athletic Hall of Fame.

This Hall of Fame will honor and celebrate the athletes, coaches, administrators, teams, and community members who have made a lasting impact on Eagle Athletics through excellence, leadership, sportsmanship, service, and dedication to Prince Edward County High School.

Nominations are now open for the inaugural class to be inducted during Fall 2026.

Nominees should reflect:
• Outstanding athletic achievement
• Leadership, character, and sportsmanship
• Significant contributions to PECHS Athletics & Activities
• Long-term impact on Eagle Athletics and the Prince Edward community
