Longwood University Writing Center We're located in Room 155 of the Greenwood Library. The Longwood University Writing Center can help! There is no charge for this service.

The peer consultants who staff the Center will understand your questions and help you learn to handle your writing challenges. For best results, come into the Center as soon as you get the assignment. What to Bring to an Appointment:

1. The assignment sheet, syllabus, or some sort of assignment instruction
2. Your notes and/or source materials
3. All work that has been completed up to that point. This includes previous drafts with revisions.
4. Your laptop and laptop charger. This is not recommended, but highly encouraged.
5. An open mind and goal for the session
