Thanks so much to Sociology alumni Robby Newman ('12), a Roanoke City police officer and Brooke Rieley Newman ('12), a school social worker in Roanoke, for sharing their knowledge and experience with students in Dr. Bidwell's Sociology of Family Violence class. Congratulations to Zach Kim who accepted a full-time position with Intrado Life & Safety as an Associate Telecommunicator in Longmont, CO. He will be working in the Emergency Call Relay Center (ECRC) answering misrouted 911 calls from various phone carriers throughout the United States and the US Territories.
