We are a Christ-centered team of mothers who provide SUPPORT, CONNECTION, TRAINING, and HOPE when parenting doesn't go as planned. Under the direction of Life Changing Services, Mothers Who Know supports women through education, training, parent resources and tools to strengthen the family. In order to stand strong in the opposition of our day, we focus on the Savior by shining light on the tactic

s used by the adversary to discourage women and threaten families. We specialize in supporting mothers who have a son or daughter struggling with pornography, anxiety, depression, self-harm, addiction, self-destructive behaviors, or any issue that requires therapeutic intervention. (Sons/daughters may be participanting in the Sons of Helaman/Daughters of Light program, but this is not a requirement for parents to be involved in Mothers Who Know services/groups/classes). Just as the mothers of the Sons of Helaman in the Book of Mormon, we do not doubt that our Savior, Jesus Christ has the power to heal us and our families. Attend the weekly free support group for mothers: WARRIOR MOTHERS WHO KNOW: Join from PC, tablet or smartphone: https://www.zoom.us/j/287887446 (note - you will be prompted to download ZOOM if this is your first time using it) OR join by phone: (646) 568-7788 Meeting ID: 287 887 446

Life doesn't have to be perfect for your faith to remain steady.

Some days are filled with joy and tender mercies. Other days bring disappointment, uncertainty, or heartache. Most days are a mixture of both.

Elder Aaron T. Hall reminds us:

"In moments of joy and in our trials, let us be faithful, obey His commandments, honor our covenants, and patiently wait on the Lord."

At Mothers Who Know, we believe that faith isn't just for the good days. It's what carries us through the hard ones.

When a child is struggling...
When prayers seem unanswered...
When life doesn't unfold the way you hoped...

Keep choosing Jesus Christ.

Keep honoring your covenants.

Keep staying by the tree.

The Lord is at work—even while you're waiting. As you remain faithful, He will strengthen your heart, guide your steps, and fill your life with His peace.

One faithful step at a time. One day at a time. He is with you every step of the way.

As a new school year begins, it's easy to feel like everything is urgent.

The school supplies. The calendars. The drop-offs. The college move-ins. The endless to-do lists. The responsibilities. The worries.

In seasons like this, it's easy to lose sight of what matters most.

Elder Dale G. Renlund offers this wise reminder:

"Not all matters are of equal value, and maintaining an eternal perspective helps us prioritize the things that are of greatest value."

At Mothers Who Know, we believe that an eternal perspective changes the way we live each day. It reminds us that people matter more than perfection. Relationships matter more than perfectly managed schedules. And drawing closer to Jesus Christ matters more than checking every box on our list.

As you enter this new season, pause and ask yourself: What matters most today?

When we keep our eyes on the Savior, He helps us let go of the less important so we can hold tightly to what has eternal value.

That's where peace is found. 🤍

This school year, let your greatest goal be more than getting everyone where they need to go. Let it be becoming who God is helping you become. 🤍

Sometimes the hardest question isn't "Why is this happening?" It's "Why is this happening to my family?"

When someone you love is struggling, when your heart is breaking, or when life feels unfair despite your faith, it's easy to feel discouraged.

Elder Aaron T. Hall offers this hopeful invitation:

"When life feels infuriatingly unfair and finding the strength to glory in the Lord seems difficult, reflect on the meaning of His divine names and let Him restore peace to your soul."

Jesus Christ is our Prince of Peace. Our Good Shepherd. Our Redeemer. Our Advocate. Our Healer.

He may not remove every hardship immediately, but He can bring peace in the middle of it. As we remember who He is, we begin to remember who we are—and we find strength for another day.

At Mothers Who Know, we've seen that no woman should have to carry life's burdens alone. If you're looking for hope, encouragement, and a community of women who understand, we'd love to walk this journey with you.

Come stay by the tree with us. There is hope in Jesus Christ. 🤍

Some burdens are carried so quietly that no one else knows they're there.

The worries you don't talk about.
The prayers you whisper.
The tears you wipe away before anyone sees.

What a comforting truth from Elder Clement M. Matswagothata:

"He knows you and calls you by name too... He hears, sees, and knows you. He knows your joys, and He rejoices with you. He knows your sorrows, and He can succor and lift you. Because of His Atonement, He knows your burdens, pain, and silent tears."

At Mothers Who Know, we believe that because of Jesus Christ, you are never invisible. He knows exactly where you are, what you're carrying, and what your heart longs for.

Today, if no one else sees your quiet faith or hidden struggles, remember this: The Savior does.

And because He knows you so perfectly, He can strengthen, comfort, and lift you one day, one prayer, and one step at a time. 🤍

Waiting can quietly test even the strongest faith. ⭐

Have you ever wondered if it's simply too late?

Too late for a loved one to change.
Too late for a relationship to heal.
Too late for prayers you've offered for years.

If you've ever felt that ache, hold on to this promise from Elder Taniela B. Wakolo:

"The Lord honors patient faith. And it is never too late for miracles."

At Mothers Who Know, we know that patient faith isn't passive. It's choosing to keep trusting, keep praying, keep loving, and keep believing in Jesus Christ—even when the answers haven't come yet.

God sees every tear, every prayer, and every act of faith. He is working in ways we cannot always see, and His power is not limited by our timelines.

If your heart is weary today, don't give up.

The Lord honors patient faith.

And with Him, it is never too late for miracles. 🤍

Have you ever wondered if God has forgotten the prayers you've been praying for years?

Waiting can be one of the hardest parts of discipleship. We pray. We hope. We trust. And sometimes... we wait much longer than we expected.

Elder Taniela B. Wakolo shared this comforting truth:

"God keeps His promises—but in His timing."

If you are waiting for a child to come back, for a relationship to heal, for peace to replace heartache, for someone to change, or for answers that seem delayed, don't lose hope.

God sees what you cannot yet see. He is working in ways you may not yet understand. His timing is never rushed, never forgotten, and never without purpose.

At Mothers Who Know, we believe that while we wait, we keep trusting. We keep praying. We keep loving. We keep staying by the tree.

Because the God who made the promise is faithful to keep it.

Hold on. He is still writing your story and your loved ones too.

Have you ever wondered if the small things you do each day really matter?

A listening ear. A heartfelt prayer. A text of encouragement. A hug. A meal. A testimony shared. A quiet act of service.

These simple acts may seem ordinary, but in the Savior's hands, they become extraordinary.

Elder Michael John U. Teh taught:

"When we strive to follow the Savior, He will use us to bless others."

At Mothers Who Know, we believe that as we stay close to Jesus Christ, He magnifies our efforts. He helps us notice those who need love, speak words that bring hope, and become His hands in the lives of our families and those around us.

You don't have to do something remarkable to bless someone's life. Simply keep following the Savior.

He knows who needs your light, your faith, and your love today.

As you strive to follow Him, He will use you to do His work. 🤍

Sometimes we spend so much time searching for answers that we forget to simply notice.

Notice the quiet ways God has already been working.
Notice the strength He has carried you with.
Notice the doors He has opened, the prayers He has answered, and even the lessons hidden inside the waiting.

When we slow down long enough to notice Him, we begin to remember who we are.

Because of Jesus Christ, we don’t have to face life in our own strength. His power enables us to do what once felt impossible. He doesn’t just comfort us—He transforms us.

My prayer is that we become women who are:

💜 Proven through faithful perseverance.
💜 Obedient even when the path isn’t easy.
💜 Women who lift, encourage, and strengthen one another.
💜 Empowered by His grace rather than our own ability.
💜 Restored through His infinite Atonement.

Today, don’t rush past the miracles God is placing in your path.

Notice… just notice.

You may discover that the power you’ve been praying for has been available through Christ all along.

“I can do all things through Christ which strengtheneth me.” — Philippians 4:13 ❤️

Have you ever wished someone could simply show you the next right step?

As mothers, we often carry questions no one else can answer. We wonder if we're making the right decisions, saying the right words, or helping the people we love in the right ways.

Elder Edward Rowe shared this humble truth:

"I need Jesus Christ to be my guide through life's journey amid its spiritual land mines. All of us do."

What a comforting reminder that we were never expected to navigate this life on our own.

At Mothers Who Know, we believe Jesus Christ is our Guide. He desires to helps us discern truth from distraction, peace from fear, and the next faithful step to take.

You don't have to have every answer today. You simply need to keep walking with the One who does. Choose Jesus Christ to be your guide.

He knows the way. And He will lovingly guide you, one step at a time. 🤍
