We are a Christ-centered team of mothers who provide SUPPORT, CONNECTION, TRAINING, and HOPE when parenting doesn't go as planned. Under the direction of Life Changing Services, Mothers Who Know supports women through education, training, parent resources and tools to strengthen the family. In order to stand strong in the opposition of our day, we focus on the Savior by shining light on the tactics used by the adversary to discourage women and threaten families. We specialize in supporting mothers who have a son or daughter struggling with pornography, anxiety, depression, self-harm, addiction, self-destructive behaviors, or any issue that requires therapeutic intervention. (Sons/daughters may be participanting in the Sons of Helaman/Daughters of Light program, but this is not a requirement for parents to be involved in Mothers Who Know services/groups/classes). Just as the mothers of the Sons of Helaman in the Book of Mormon, we do not doubt that our Savior, Jesus Christ has the power to heal us and our families. Have you been enjoying General Conference? 🙋

With what you have heard, are you feeling some stretching? 🤍

There may be times when prophetic counsel asks us to change, sacrifice, wait, forgive, let go, or do something that feels inconvenient.

Elder Alan T. Walker taught:

“As we choose to follow prophetic counsel, even when it stretches us or feels inconvenient, we demonstrate our love for the Lord and show that we cherish Him above all worldly desires.”

Following prophetic counsel isn't always about what is easy. Sometimes it is about choosing who we love most.

As you continue to listen to General Conference and study the words in the coming weeks, ask yourself:

What is the Savior inviting me to do?
What might He be asking me to change?
What would it look like to choose Him?

When we follow His prophet, we are choosing to follow Him.

May we listen with willing hearts and choose Jesus Christ—again and again. 🌿🤍

What does it really mean to walk with Jesus? 🤍

In 2026, youth around the world have been invited to “Walk with Him.” And as General Conference begins today, there is another important part of that walk to remember.

Elder Brian J. Holmes taught:

“To walk with Jesus is to follow His prophet. The Savior Himself calls prophets, speaks through them, and governs His Church by them.”

Why do we follow the prophet?

Because the prophet walks with Jesus.

The Savior calls His prophets to teach, guide, and point us toward Him. So when we accept their counsel, listen to their words, and follow their teachings, we are choosing to walk more closely with Jesus Christ.

As you prepare for General Conference today and tomorrow, pray for a heart ready to listen.

Come ready to hear the Savior.
Come ready to follow His prophet.
Come ready to walk with Jesus. 🌿🤍

Who are we following when we follow the prophet? 🤍

As General Conference approaches, we have an opportunity to prepare our hearts to listen—not just to the words that are spoken, but to the Savior they point us toward.

Elder Michael John U. Teh taught:

“When we follow the teachings and examples of prophets, seers, and revelators, we are following our Savior, Jesus Christ.”

Don't you love that reminder?

Following the prophet isn't about following a person instead of Christ. It is one way we follow Christ. He has called prophets and apostles to teach us, guide us, and point us back to Him.

As you prepare for General Conference on October 3–4, pray for a listening heart. What will the Savior want you to hear?

General Conference is coming. Is your heart ready to hear Him? 🤍

As mothers, we spend so much time listening to the needs around us. Conference gives us a special opportunity to pause and listen to the voice of the Lord.

President D. Todd Christofferson reminds us:

“I bear testimony of the resurrected, living Jesus Christ. He is the head of this, His Church. President Dallin H. Oaks is called by Him to preside over the Church on the earth and to be the Lord’s prophetic spokesman to the world.”

Jesus Christ is the head of His Church. And He has called President Dallin H. Oaks to preside over His Church and serve as His prophet and prophetic spokesman to the world.

What a blessing to know that the Savior has not left us to navigate this world alone.

As we prepare for General Conference on October 3–4, let's prepare our hearts—not just our schedules. Pray. Listen. Bring your questions and burdens. Ask Heavenly Father what He wants you to hear.

Prophets and apostles point us to Jesus Christ.

Stay by the tree. Stay close to Christ. And prepare your heart to hear His voice. 🌿🤍

What feels hard or unfair in your life right now?

Maybe it is something happening with your children. A relationship that hurts. A prayer that seems unanswered. A burden you didn't choose. Or simply the exhaustion of trying to keep going when life feels heavy.

Sister Susan H. Porter reminds us of this powerful truth:

“Jesus, our Lord and Savior, won the battle over everything that is hard and unfair in our lives.”

Think about that.

Jesus Christ knows you. He understands you. He loves you. And He has done everything to help you.

You don't have to face today wondering if you have enough strength. Stay close to Him. Learn of Him. Follow Him. Let Him walk with you.

Then, like Sister Porter invites us, wake up each day with purpose and confidence and ask Heavenly Father:

“Here am I, send me.”

What might He send you to do today? Perhaps comfort someone who is lonely. Help someone in your family. Listen. Forgive. Teach. Serve. Stand for truth. Or simply be a light in someone's difficult day.

And as you do, Jesus Christ will help you become the magnificent person you are meant to be.

Life doesn't have to be perfect for your faith to remain steady.

Some days are filled with joy and tender mercies. Other days bring disappointment, uncertainty, or heartache. Most days are a mixture of both.

Elder Aaron T. Hall reminds us:

"In moments of joy and in our trials, let us be faithful, obey His commandments, honor our covenants, and patiently wait on the Lord."

At Mothers Who Know, we believe that faith isn't just for the good days. It's what carries us through the hard ones.

When a child is struggling...
When prayers seem unanswered...
When life doesn't unfold the way you hoped...

Keep choosing Jesus Christ.

Keep honoring your covenants.

Keep staying by the tree.

The Lord is at work—even while you're waiting. As you remain faithful, He will strengthen your heart, guide your steps, and fill your life with His peace.

As a new school year begins, it's easy to feel like everything is urgent.

The school supplies. The calendars. The drop-offs. The college move-ins. The endless to-do lists. The responsibilities. The worries.

In seasons like this, it's easy to lose sight of what matters most.

Elder Dale G. Renlund offers this wise reminder:

"Not all matters are of equal value, and maintaining an eternal perspective helps us prioritize the things that are of greatest value."

At Mothers Who Know, we believe that an eternal perspective changes the way we live each day. It reminds us that people matter more than perfection. Relationships matter more than perfectly managed schedules. And drawing closer to Jesus Christ matters more than checking every box on our list.

As you enter this new season, pause and ask yourself: What matters most today?

When we keep our eyes on the Savior, He helps us let go of the less important so we can hold tightly to what has eternal value.

That's where peace is found. 🤍

Sometimes the hardest question isn't "Why is this happening?" It's "Why is this happening to my family?"

When someone you love is struggling, when your heart is breaking, or when life feels unfair despite your faith, it's easy to feel discouraged.

Elder Aaron T. Hall offers this hopeful invitation:

"When life feels infuriatingly unfair and finding the strength to glory in the Lord seems difficult, reflect on the meaning of His divine names and let Him restore peace to your soul."

Jesus Christ is our Prince of Peace. Our Good Shepherd. Our Redeemer. Our Advocate. Our Healer.

He may not remove every hardship immediately, but He can bring peace in the middle of it. As we remember who He is, we begin to remember who we are—and we find strength for another day.

At Mothers Who Know, we've seen that no woman should have to carry life's burdens alone. If you're looking for hope, encouragement, and a community of women who understand, we'd love to walk this journey with you.

Some burdens are carried so quietly that no one else knows they're there.

The worries you don't talk about.
The prayers you whisper.
The tears you wipe away before anyone sees.

What a comforting truth from Elder Clement M. Matswagothata:

"He knows you and calls you by name too... He hears, sees, and knows you. He knows your joys, and He rejoices with you. He knows your sorrows, and He can succor and lift you. Because of His Atonement, He knows your burdens, pain, and silent tears."

At Mothers Who Know, we believe that because of Jesus Christ, you are never invisible. He knows exactly where you are, what you're carrying, and what your heart longs for.

Today, if no one else sees your quiet faith or hidden struggles, remember this: The Savior does.

And because He knows you so perfectly, He can strengthen, comfort, and lift you one day, one prayer, and one step at a time. 🤍

Have you ever wondered if it's simply too late?
