My least favorite is last 🫣

The cold winter might be here in Minnesota, but I had flowers on the brain today.

I’ve never done any tutorials on flowers because they are not something I draw super frequently.

However, I’ve been asked more than once. It’s time I start to practice so I can share what I learn with you soon!

For now, I encourage you to play and experiment with colors and brushstrokes so you too can start practicing flowers in watercolor. 🌸🌼💐

What an incredible weekend of lighthouses, ocean views, and good company.

Do you recognize any of these spots? This was my first trip to the area and I will definitely have to come back!

I love bringing my paint sets along not just to have fun, but to slow down and notice the details I might otherwise miss.
