UConn’s Clinical Longitudinal Immersion in the Community (CLiC) Program

The CLiC Program has been a cornerstone of the education of future physicians for over twenty years. The program holds a central role in a student's maturation from learner to practitioner. The half day a week sessions pairs students and community based physicians from a variety of generalists and specialty fields. It is the CLiC preceptor who illustrates the “art” of medicine as well as the science, and teaches the “pearls” that are not found in textbooks.
