We know so many Moms on the Run women are heading into race weekend, and we are SO excited for you all. Whether you’re running your first race, chasing a PR, tackling a new distance, or simply soaking in the experience and community - we are cheering you on every step of the way. 🙌

It's Sunday, August 23, 2026 and at a new location (and flatter course!) at Normandale Lake Park, in Bloomington, MN! Not local to that area? No problem! We have a virtual race option for you (with special opportunities for virtual runner ONLY prizes!).

Whether you’ll be training all summer, or just want a fun, feel-good event to move your body (at whatever pace!) and celebrate with an amazing community - this race is for YOU!

You deserve waaaaaaaaay more than one day a year of recognition, but until we convince the powers that be that we need a Mother's Appreciation YEAR - we guess for now, a day will have to do. 😅

18 years ago, our CEO Karissa met a group of moms at a park, looking for a way to juggle life with littles, build friendships, and find time for self-care through fitness.

Little did they know that small gathering would grow into something that now spans states and has touched the lives of thousands of women. 💜

18 years of fitness, fun, friendship and showing up for ourselves and each other in all the beautiful, messy seasons of life. And boy, are we grateful for all of it! 😌

To every woman who has walked, run, laughed, cried, and built community along the way - thank you. You are what makes Moms on the Run so special! ✨
