Meet the RVES Kindergarten Team! (From L to R): Julie Auge, Kristin Schneider, Melissa Nelson, Crystal Merchant, Julie Garofalo

This amazing group of educators helps our youngest students learn the important routines and foundational structures of school. The kindergarten area at Riverview is such a joyful part of our school and it is largely because of this team. Their ability to create a safe and welcoming learning environment where so much fun is had, and so much learning occurs, is simply incredible! We are so fortunate to have this team at Riverview!

Join us in celebrating them and all they do for the learners at Riverview!

**New Staff Profile**

My name is Laura Sands and I am excited to be working at Riverview as a special education paraprofessional! I graduated from Farmington high school in 2022 and will be going to school for elementary education starting in January.

I have always had a passion for working with kids! I have 5 siblings which 4 are younger and I’ve been babysitting/nannying since I was 12 years old! Some things I love to do in my free time are bake (chocolate chip cookies are my all time favorite), go bowling, and mini golf! I am very competitive when it comes to those and you can thank my 5 siblings for that! I am excited to get to know everyone and learn new things. My new role here is going to be so helpful for my career and I’m am so grateful!
