Eagle Bay Elementary

Yesterday we held the staff vs. sixth grade kickball game. No matter if they kept score or who won, everyone had a great time.

Fourth grade held their annual end of the school year kickball tournament. Congratulations to our winning team.

Third grade had a cast party to celebrate their hard work after their performances of "Pirates of Grammar Island."

We love our teachers and staff, and we will miss those leaving us at the end of this school year. Thank you Mrs. Findlay and Ms. Ning for your years of teaching and caring for our students.

Fifth grade went to the Salt Lake Bees baseball game last week. Our students, as well as the teachers, enjoyed some sunshine and fun together.

Sixth grade got to show off their personalities and many varied interests in this year's talent show. Here are just a few of the acts. Super job everyone!

Fairytale Friday in Miss Jenson's first grade class was a great time for our students to be hands-on with their learning. This previous week was all about The Boy Who Cried Wolf. Thanks to the many parents who participated and took their time to have some fun with our students.

Our fourth grade students dressed up nice and presented their handcart projects.

Our sixth grade students spent a lot of time doing research and learning about different countries in this year's World's Fair. They were able to present their hard work and knowledge to the rest of our student body. Great job sixth grade!

They have done it! Sixth grade has nearly completed their journey here at Eagle Bay. We wish them luck as they continue on to junior high and make many more friends and memories in the years to come. Thank you to our fantastic sixth grade teachers, as well as our wonderful principal Mrs. Johnson, for their dedication and influence this final elementary year.

Congratulations to our fabulous Fantastic Flyers! Each week teachers nominate students to eat lunch with Mrs. Johnson and Mrs. Myler. These are just a few of our terrific students.

Our second grade students took a field trip to the Sea Quest Aquarium where they were able to learn about ocean life and even touch a few things.
